It is impossible to provide an accurate cost estimate without knowing your goals for the web site. Actual prices quoted for any new project are based on an estimate of the time required to complete the project. To provide a rough estimate of the cost of the web site, we offer a free consultation to discuss your web site goals. In advance of this consultation, we provide a list of questions for you to review and answer (in writing), to help guide you in thinking about how a web site could best serve your clients and your business.

After this consultation visit, you decide if you want to proceed with us. If so, we then provide to you a written Communications Brief, based on our discussions.

Because of the time involved in preparation of the Communications Brief, there is a $240 charge for this service. Should you decide to hire us to design/redesign your web site, we will credit to you this $240 on the final bill (so that, in effect, the Communication Brief fee is refunded to you). Whether you hire us or not, the Communication Brief is yours to keep. It is a valuable tool for any business planning to develop an effective web site.

Web & Email Hosting

We offer hosting for your web site, and this includes hosting for email addresses that use your domain name. We also offer hosting for email only, for those businesses that do not have or desire a web site, but do want email addresses that reflect their business name (for example, JSmith @ MyBusiness.com).

Web and email hosting rates start at $12/month (for 0-7 email accounts). For larger businesses, we offer web and email hosting (8+ email addresses for $22/month).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Having your site on the web is only half of the solution. You want potential and current clients to easily find your site, both through your marketing efforts and by very good search engine results placement. Your goal in SEO is to appear on the first page of a web search for key terms related to your business. We include many SEO techniques in our design process. We can also look at your current site and offer suggestions and strategies to improve your current search engine placement. Call for more information and rates.

Discounts

At RF Web Design, we offer a 10% discount on web design and web site maintenance fees for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. In addition, in appreciation and support of our clients, we apply a 10% discount on web maintenance fees for clients who have hosted their web sites with us for > 12 months. (Discounts can not be combined).
