Vicky Thomas is the owner of RF Web Design & Consulting. She received her Certificate in Web Design in 2005 and graduates with an AA degree in Web Technologies in May 2008. This is Vicky's "second" career, after a successful and rewarding 21-year military career. Her background and experience have given her many important skills that she brings to her web design projects.

Vicky previously earned both a Bachelor's (1981) and Master's (1993) degree. Her 20+ years of experience in project management, education, health care administration, nutrition and dietetics, horsebackriding and horse care have prepared her to help you achieve your website goals.

RF Web Design is located in Moore County, NC, and serves the Sandhills (Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Carthage, Seven Lakes, and vicinity), Raeford, Fayetteville, and Raleigh areas.
